Hillingdon Borough FC fan, and 1000GBP.com player, C Adu recently won one of our competitions to win Premier League tickets. He was treated to a special afternoon at Old Trafford on Sunday 12th May 2024 where he saw Manchester United take on Arsenal.
The fixture was a pivotal one as the Premier League season draws to a close. Arsenal went into the game knowing that a win would see them go top of the Premier League with just 1 week of the season remaining, whilst United knew that if they did not win, they could miss out on qualification for next season's European competition. Arsenal had traditionally had a poor run at this ground - winning just once in the last 18 years there in the Premier League.
Ultimately, it was City who prevailed on this occassion, with a first-half winner from Leandro Trossard that settled the score.
C Adu was lucky enough to be in attendance at the game and had a fantastic time. After playing The Ultimate Football Quiz, and scoring his points, he emerged victorious from the competition. He won a pair of tickets in the executive North West Quadrant at Old Trafford. C Adu's day out included executive padded seats, pre-match meal, a and a matchday programme - cementing a wonderful and very special afternoon for him.
